1. Data we process
Depending on how you use the service, we may process a display name, message, uploaded media, buyer email used for purchase confirmation and ownership-proof delivery, optional destination link, payment transaction identifiers, purchase time and slot, ownership dates, optional report email, report details, and technical request information.
2. Payments
Payment card, bank, or wallet credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored directly by ONE SECOND. ONE SECOND stores transaction identifiers, amounts, payment status, and related records needed to confirm purchases, process refunds, and maintain display rights.
3. Security and abuse prevention
The service may process network information such as IP addresses for security, rate limiting, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention. Where implemented, derived hashes may be stored instead of raw IP addresses for rate-limit records.
4. Public display content
Purchased display content is intended to be publicly visible at the selected UTC second. Do not submit private, confidential, or sensitive information that you do not want displayed publicly.
5. Reports and moderation
When you report content, we process the reported slot, reason, optional details, and optional contact email. Report data is restricted to administrative review systems and is used to investigate abuse, policy violations, and legal or safety concerns.
6. Service providers and infrastructure
ONE SECOND uses hosted infrastructure and service providers, including Supabase for database, server functions, and media storage, Vercel for website delivery, Toss Payments for payment processing, and Resend for transactional ownership-proof email delivery. These providers process data as necessary to provide their respective services.
7. Retention
Purchase, payment, refund, and ownership records may be retained for the service term and for additional periods required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Removed media may be deleted from active storage when no longer needed.
8. Your requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy-related assistance through the contact method shown on the ONE SECOND website, subject to applicable law and the need to retain transaction or legal records.
9. Operator information
Required business and operator information is provided on the ONE SECOND website.
