Privacy Notice

MVP test version · Last updated August 26, 2026

Test environment. This notice describes the current MVP architecture. It must be reviewed and localized before a live commercial launch.

1. Data we process

Depending on how you use the service, we may process a display name, message, uploaded media, optional destination link, payment transaction identifiers, purchase time and slot, ownership dates, optional report email, report details, and technical request information.

2. Payments

Payment card or bank credentials are handled by the payment provider, not stored directly by ONE SECOND. The service stores transaction identifiers and payment status needed to reconcile purchases, refunds, and ownership.

3. Security and abuse prevention

The service may process network information such as IP addresses for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention. Where implemented, the MVP stores derived hashes rather than the raw IP for rate-limit records.

4. User-generated content

Purchased display content is intended to be publicly visible at the selected UTC second. Do not submit private or sensitive information that you do not want displayed publicly.

5. Reports

When you report content, we process the reported slot, reason, optional details, and optional contact email. Report data is restricted to administrative review systems.

6. Storage and infrastructure

The MVP uses hosted infrastructure and storage providers, including Supabase and Vercel, to operate the database, server functions, media storage, and website delivery. Payment testing currently uses Toss Payments sandbox services.

7. Retention

Purchase and ownership records may be retained for the ownership term and for reasonable periods afterward for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Removed media may be deleted from active storage. Test data may be deleted during development.

8. Your requests

Before live launch, ONE SECOND will provide a verified support contact for access, correction, deletion, privacy, and legal requests, subject to applicable law and the need to preserve transaction records.

9. Operator information

Legal operator name, jurisdiction, contact email, and any required privacy officer/contact information will be inserted before live commercial launch.
